l\u2019alerte.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous \u00eates seul, avant le massage, il faut commencer par appeler le 15 ou le 112.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lors de l\u2019alerte, vous pulmonaire<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00e9buter en alternant 30 compressions \/ 2 insufflations\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Victime allong\u00e9e sur un plan dur de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poitrine d\u00e9nud\u00e9e\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Placer le talon de la main au centre du thorax sur le sternum\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comprimer verticalement le sternum (1\/3 du thorax soit 5cm a\u0300 6cm)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Compressions thoraciques a\u0300 une fr\u00e9quence de 100 a\u0300 120\/min avec le moins d\u2019interruption possible.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Temps de compression = temps de d\u00e9compression (bien rel\u00e2cher le thorax)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">R\u00e9aliser des insufflations, si possible, sinon r\u00e9aliser des compressions thoraciques en continu.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Utiliser du mat\u00e9riel sp\u00e9cifique (BAVU, masque facial ou Pocket Mask\u00a9)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Insuffler lentement jusqu&rsquo;au soul\u00e8vement de la
